By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Stranger Chat mobile application ("App"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Stranger Chat ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
Stranger Chat is an anonymous social chat application that provides the following features:
The App uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication — no email address, phone number, or personal account registration is required to use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Stranger Chat. The App is not intended for, and should not be used by, anyone under the age of 18. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
We do not knowingly permit users under 18 to access the App. If we discover or are notified that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate that user's access. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has accessed this App, please contact us immediately at itsjnofficial@gmail.com.
Stranger Chat does not require you to create a personal account with identifiable information. Upon first use, a randomly generated anonymous user ID is created on your device via Firebase Anonymous Authentication. This ID is used solely to operate the service.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your anonymous session. You must not share your device or session with others in a way that would allow them to violate these Terms on your behalf.
Stranger Chat is a platform for user-generated content (UGC). You are solely and entirely responsible for all content — including text, images, and videos — that you share through the App.
By sharing content through the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to transmit, store, and process that content solely as necessary to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You represent and warrant that:
All stranger chat messages are automatically deleted upon disconnection. Friend messages are automatically deleted after 24 hours. Media files are deleted from our servers when their associated messages are deleted.
You agree that you will NOT use the App to:
We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether conduct violates these Terms.
We provide in-app tools to report and block users who violate these Terms. We encourage users to use these features whenever they encounter inappropriate behavior.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, monitor, moderate, or remove any content at any time and for any reason, without notice to you. We are not liable for any content posted by users.

We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
Bans may be temporary or permanent depending on the severity of the violation. Violations involving illegal content, content exploiting minors, or threats of violence will result in an immediate permanent ban with no possibility of appeal.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting your account from within the App (Settings → Delete Account) and uninstalling the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.
The App is free to use and is supported by in-app advertising. Advertisements are delivered by Google AdMob and may be subject to Google's advertising policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed in the App.
The App, including its design, graphics, code, and all content created by us, is owned by Stranger Chat and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written permission.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content available through the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stranger Chat and its developers, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.
We are not responsible for the conduct, content, or actions of any user of the App. You use the App and interact with other users at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stranger Chat and its developers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify users through the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
