1. Age Requirement

Stranger Chat is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old — or the legal age of adulthood in your country or region, whichever is higher — to use this App.

The App is not designed for, directed at, or intended to be used by anyone under the age of 18. We actively work to prevent minors from accessing the App.

2. Zero Tolerance for CSAM and CSAE

Stranger Chat maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This includes:

• Any image, video, text, or other content that sexually depicts or exploits a minor
• Grooming behavior — attempts to establish inappropriate relationships with minors
• Soliciting sexual content from or about minors
• Sharing, distributing, or requesting CSAM in any form
• Any form of child trafficking or exploitation facilitated through the App

Violations of this policy result in an immediate permanent ban and will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities and national tip lines (such as NCMEC in the US or equivalent authorities in other countries).

3. How We Protect Children

• Age gate: All users must confirm they are 18+ before accessing the App
• In-app reporting: Every user can report any other user directly within a chat using the Report button
• Blocking: Users can instantly block anyone they feel uncomfortable with
• Report review: All reports are reviewed and action is taken promptly
• Automatic message deletion: Stranger chat messages are deleted on disconnect; friend messages are deleted after 24 hours — limiting the persistence of any harmful content
• Media size limits: File upload restrictions help limit the sharing of large media files

4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

If you encounter any content or behavior that you believe involves the exploitation or abuse of a minor, please:

• Use the in-app Report button immediately — this is the fastest way to alert us
• Email us at itsjnofficial@gmail.com with as much detail as possible
• Report to your local law enforcement or national child protection authority

We take all child safety reports with the utmost seriousness and respond as a matter of urgency.

5. What Happens When We Receive a Report

• The reported user's account is reviewed immediately
• If a violation is confirmed, the account is permanently banned with no possibility of appeal
• Confirmed CSAM is reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations involving child safety

6. If You Believe a Minor is Using the App

If you are a parent, guardian, or third party who believes a minor is using or has accessed Stranger Chat, please contact us immediately at itsjnofficial@gmail.com. We will investigate and take immediate action to remove the account.
